Tai Chi for Seniors Presented by RSVP Suffolk
Mondays & Wednesdays, May 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 29; June 3, 5, 10, 12 17 & 24 • 2:00 pm · Station Community Room

This twice weekly Tai Chi class is led by a certified instructor from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. Tai Chi practice helps older adults improve their balance and increase their confidence. Self-initiated movements include body weight shifting, unilateral weight bearing, trunk rotation, ankle sways, and coordinated eye-head-hand movements. Limited to patrons 60 years and older.   Registration required. HPL cardholders only.
