    Suffolk County residents can also call 311 to get general information from Suffolk County or Town officials.

  • SMART 911
    County Executive Bellone is encouraging everyone to use this mobile app that enables you to give critical medical information to 911 responders and sends emergency alerts and notifications for your area. You can download the app from Apple's APP STORE or Google PLAY.

  • Town of Huntington (Updated 5/3/2021)
    Get updates about pandemic-related changes to essential Town of Huntington Services, including parking enforcement and property tax payment collections.
  • Know Your Rights
    The NYS Department of Health's outline of programs and support available to New Yorkers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including paid sick leave, unemployment, extension of the enrollment period for New York State of Health insurance and counseling programs.

Just a quick reminder….we are fine free!  Although we encourage everyone to return items on time, late fees are waived on our general circulating collection with the exception of special items such as the WiFi Hotspots, Museum Passes, and Launchpads. Fines still apply for lost or damaged items.

We now have access to the wireless printing service Princh. Go to print.princh.com or install the Princh app for iOs or Android on your device and enter print ID # 103593 (Main printer) or 103594 (Station printer). Then upload files to be printed and select Pay at Desk. Printing costs are .10/BW; .25/Color. Enter your name and click order print. Call the Main Customer Service desk at 631-427-5165, the Station desk at 631-421-5053 or visit the library to schedule the pick-up of your printouts. Print jobs will be released and printed ONLY when you arrive ensuring the privacy of your documents.
