For this program, you’ll need two blocks (or books), a blanket (throw blanket) and a bolster (or a standard size pillow). We will explore postures that will allow your mind, body and spirit to find stillness and peace as we seek to release tightness, tension and discomfort found within. This practice enables deep relaxation as you release into poses for longer periods of time with the use of props to completely support you.
