Restorative Yoga with Angela via Zoom

For this program, you’ll need two blocks (or books), a blanket (throw blanket) and a bolster (or a standard size pillow). We will explore postures that will allow your mind, body and spirit to find stillness and peace as we seek to release tightness, tension and discomfort found within. This practice enables deep relaxation as you release into poses for longer periods of time with the use of props to completely support you. Angela Williams-Jones has multiple Yoga certifications, Kundalini Training, Advanced Teacher Training is a Usui Reiki Master/Trainer. Registration is required. Many ancient Chinese exercises of QiGong (“chee-gung”) evolved over 2000 years. The fluid, low impact meditative movements chosen for this series are easy to learn and non-strenuous. Practitioners can look forward to revitalizing body, mind, and spirit while enjoying supportive benefits of calmness, deeper breathing, and better circulation, balance, focus, and coordination. Just a quick reminder….we are fine free!  Although we encourage everyone to return items on time, late fees are waived on our general circulating collection with the exception of special items such as the WiFi Hotspots, Museum Passes, and Launchpads. Fines still apply for lost or damaged items.
We now have access to the wireless printing service Princh. Go to or install the Princh app for iOs or Android on your device and enter print ID # 103593 (Main printer) or 103594 (Station printer). Then upload files to be printed and select Pay at Desk. Printing costs are .10/BW; .25/Color. Enter your name and click order print. Call the Main Customer Service desk at 631-427-5165, the Station desk at 631-421-5053 or visit the library to schedule the pick-up of your printouts. Print jobs will be released and printed ONLY when you arrive ensuring the privacy of your documents.
